MVP Template Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the MVP Template app, website, and related services, operated by Insert Full Legal Name.

1. What MVP Template Is and Is Not
MVP Template is a software product / MVP template experience for accounts and in-app features shipped with this starter kit.
MVP Template is not (unless your customized product is separately licensed and disclosed as such):
- a bank or deposit institution;
- a payment processor or money transmitter;
- a lender or credit broker;
- an investment/trading platform;
- a tax, legal, accounting, or financial advisor.
Users are solely responsible for decisions they make using the product.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Users must:
- be at least 18 or legal majority;
- be able to enter a binding agreement;
- not be prohibited by law from using the service.
Users are responsible for account credentials and activity.
3. User Content
Users retain ownership of uploaded/entered content.
Users grant a limited license to host/store/process content solely to operate and improve the service.

Retention may continue where required for security, backups, legal obligations, disputes, or enforcement.
5. Acceptable Use

- reverse engineer except where law permits;
- upload malicious code or misuse automation;
- misrepresent MVP Template as a regulated financial institution or other regulated service it is not.
